"I took my 2014 f350 dually here for the front end death wobble. They replaced the rear shocks for $1200 as a recommendation. Did not fix the problem. I took the truck to Adamson Auto and Diesel in Rocklin. Their diagnostic recommended 3 major front end issues to fix. Which actually fixed the wobble at $1600. How does a Ford dealership not know how to fix the death wobble?"
"Went in for routine service and was told I needed to have my CV Shaft replaced. Estimate was $765. I asked for a break down of the parts and labor. Part was $300+ and the labor was $400+. The part can be purchased on-line from multiple sources for $150. The repair takes less than an hour. The service technician's only response was "We aren't the cheapest, but we are the best." I wasn't in the mood to get take advantage of by the "best," so I went somewhere else and had the work done for $500. Avoid this place if you don't want to be over charged."
"This place is great, their services is fast and they are so friendly. Jim Zerkovich helped me out and he was great. I dropped my car off so I can go back to work and he would text me during the process to update me and I was able to pay through a link they sent to my phone. When I got back he gave me a really good breakdown of the work done and what I need to pay attention too, the thing I liked about it was I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me or anything, he was honest about everything which I take to heart. I would highly recommend this place and would recommend Jim Z. Thank you Future Ford of Sacramento's Quick Lane for taking such good care of me and my car!"
"This happened two days ago, I had called them ahead of time to ask about their price for oil change. I told the rep who came to meet me I needed an oil change. She gave me 3 different options for oil change starting from over $700 and going down to about $300 for oil change. I told her I needed to just get the oil change, nothing else. She presented me yet again with another set of 3 options with the cheapest costing $178. I was shocked at that point and didn't know what to do. I felt cornered and annoyed. I should have walked away with my car right then. I finally told her the person on the phone said it would cost ~$50. Right away she said, 'oh, so just want basic-basic service' and printed off the sheet for $50 oil change. I had to negotiate the price three times, that's just awful. Never going to go there again, mostly because of the duplicity of their representative for treating me like an idiot, and their ridiculous prices."
"Everytime I ever need service I use the online appointment reservation, which is a life saver. They have always been upfront and honest when it's come to any repairs I've needed. I know some people have reservations about taking their car to the dealership for repairs, but I feel better knowing that it's in good hands. I've had bad repairs with other mechanics trying to sell me things I don't need, but Ford has yet to do this to me."
