"Absolutely remarkably great service for a small $35 order. While I have used Ferr Parts in the past, it has been a while since my last order. My car is receiving its 30,000 mile engine out major service and my mechanic called to make me aware that my fuel tank cap was missing its rubber seal and asked if I had it. To my knowledge, it never had one as I purchased the car used. Fearing I would need to buy an entire expensive fuel tank cap, I went in search of just the seal and to my good fortune, I found an extremely affordable seal at Ferr Parts that is compatible with not just the fuel cap but the oil sump tank dipstick cap as well. While I was planning to order two of these, one a spare, on-line, I called Ferr Parts to double check, a nice young man confirmed they were in inventory and I returned to complete my on-line order. This is where it gets crazy. Within an hour of my order, I received a tracking number and notification that the parts were shipped. The parts showed up in my mailbox barely twelve hours later. All I can say is this is amazing service by any standard and I highly recommend Ferr Parts as a source for Ferrari parts as they treat all orders as "high priority" orders."

"Orderd some minor parts, charged my credit card right away but didn’t send the parts. I had to call 3 times after asking about the status of the parts. Package finally arrived missing half of what was ordered. Total nightmare to deal with. Edit: after dealing with them more on other parts i would like to revise my score. Thank you for the help!"

"Ferr parts are a great resource for us Ferrari guys especially the ones into the classics..service is to the point, you call, they help you, they are straight forward no BS..i see some complaints about pricing or broken parts, this is normal with used parts , and if you have an issue they always make it right. I'm very happy and highly recommend these guys"

"Ordered parts based on their part numbers, but what they shipped were different. Russ said ok to return, but once they had the parts back, said Ferrari would not take the parts back, so I could pay a 40% restocking fee, or wait until they sold them again. I said fine, refund me minus the 40% or send me back the parts. Now 6 months later and I have not seen a refund, or my parts. We are a European repair shop and will never order from them again. Now taking legal action to recoup our monies. Neither Doug nor Russ have been any help !!!"
