"On March 2nd 2024 at 9:30 pm or so. I went into the restroom after a long drive. The person working in there “ cleaning up the area” was talking with some guys on speaker phone ( this I don’t care about) but she very harshly said restrooms are not open. & when I was about speak she cut me off before I could ask if I could please use. She squared up her shoulders & stared me down & repeated herself… hitting the stall with her hand. In a get out of here way. One day I hope she goes on a long roadtrip & need to pee urgently & have get met with the same experience. We love chipotle but this is probably the worst experience & location we’ve been to, based off that experience alone. How she talked to me & acted it seemed like she’d become physical."

"YOU WILL GET FOOD POISONING HERE. POOR SANITATION, NOT PROPERLY COOKING AND KEEPING FOODS WARM, AND MORE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I went in at around lunch time and 1/3 of the menu items were empty. I asked if they were making more soon and the lady behind the counter says “no it’s too slow. We’re trying to finish what we have”. I’m starving, so I grab a scant bowl with what’s left and head out. In the car, I open it up to find the food was room temp cold. Not chilled, not warm. I didn’t know better and I’m famished so I eat it and proceed to have the worst food poisoning experience of my life. Doing more research, I learned their food was not being heated which is a massive health code violation. I spent over a week trying to contact chipotle for a refund and to inform them of this incident. On 4 separate occasions I shared my experience and every time my call was ended abruptly. No record of my previous complaint, nothing. Feels like they’re trying to bury this really dangerous incident. Chipotle - I unsuccessfully tried multiple times to inform you. You didn’t want to listen. Customers need to know."

"Staff is ok not bad service but they have really started skimping out on the food. The burritos used to so big they’d barely be able to wrap them now they’re not much bigger than a bean burrito from Taco Bell. I used to get stuffed after eating now I’m left hungry. Also the bags of chips are about half what they used to. It’s sad."

"The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing or just didn't care. The check out guy was behing a piller on his phone when i was waiting to check out. And just a dirty environment. There are no clean tables, but plenty of tables open, just not clean. Last there was a leak under one of the drink dispensers and old crusted rags under. I would not stop here again."
