The staff was very nice and helpful and even was able to grab me a new air filter that I needed for my wife's car with little to no delay, lastly checkout was nice and quick. "Of all the times I had shopped at any O'Reilly, I have found, your entire experience is affected by whom is helping you at that moment . The fair oaks location is hit and miss. Half the staff are rude . The other half are great. No in between. I've been given the wrong oil filter a couple times. And you don't find out until you drain the oil and remove the old filter.... Imagine not having another car to go back and waste time getting the correct filter yourself. Incompetence at it's best. The Marconi location is way worse. Those guys and girls have ZERO customer service skill. They have resting faces on, dont welcome you. Are not pleasant to deal with. Attitude in their voices. Not sure If management is garbage, but that's usually the case.real A holes. I drive out of my way to go to another shop. Only reason I give them above 1 star is the warranty on the batteries. They honor them easily. The one on don Julio and. Watt is actually pretty decent. It's pretty far but I've had good experiences there. The staff there is good and all are friendly. Bottom line, there are plenty of other shops to buy car stuff. And online stores are available too."
