"I had the worst experience ever at this dealership. I could never get any answers from anybody. Every time I called to ask for someone I always got “ oh he doesn’t work here anymore, I will look into it “ with no results. Finally when I got my car out to take it somewhere else I found out that someone had broke my door sill plate on the drivers side and now I’m stuck spending another $300 to get that fixed on top of the $250 to get my car out. I will not recommend this place to anyone"
"The dealership has re formatted to comercial fleet. I took a truck in for service. 11 hours in a waiting room. I had to prod for an update 6 hours in. I had given firm concise get it done instructions. Ordered full synthetic oil they used cheap blend after I said not to. At one point late afternoon service tech said "So you want the work performed?" I was incredulously dismayed. Friendly staff as usual, but substandard service performance simple priority safety brake work not completed. Just very poor organization and time management. Computer left in service mode upon leaving. Not likley returning there for service again. They were nice as they really blew my service day. Most unfortunate..."
