"4 stars because it’s Best Buy. They lose one star for their car audio section. No one seemed to know anything about car audio and they weren’t much help. I still ended up buying what I came for."

"Terrible customer service. I was the only person in line in Geek Squad and stood there for at least 10 minutes. There was 1 associate helping a customer, 1 on the computer right in front of me, and 1 just standing there. Not one of them had the courtesy say it’ll be a moment or if I needed help. So I finally walked out. If it was possible to give 1/2 a star review, I would have done that instead. Managers there need to train their employees correctly."

"This place is great for getting something quick if you don't need assistance from anyone. We went in for a monitor, saw the displays, picked one, paid for it, and was out in 10 min. Easy peasy. Now, in all fairness, we have hone in and have waited quite a while for a clerk to help us with a phone, but the service is great; you just have to be patient and not in a hurry. I would recommend this place for a one-stop shop for many different needs."

"I really like Best Buy. They have all the electronics that the average person needs under one roof. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable at the Arden location. If you watch their sales, they have excellent deals. Also find Geek Squad membership very valuable, because I'm not a techie. Can use it as one stop shop for subscription renewal"
