"Good stuff, decent prices. It is nice they employ people with disabilities.I appreciate their already low prices and it's unfortunate that people try to haggle with a thrift store."
"Very clean and reasonably priced. The best part is that the employees are learning valuable job and life skills. I noticed a negative review about customer service. These workers are disadvantaged or otherwise disabled and are learning on the job. Wonderful program!"
"Dirty, disorganized place. I used to go there all the time about 3 years ago, when they had better management. They mark the clothes with pen and the price won’t come off even after washing. They would not accept donations due to having an overstock sales floor, I’m sure if they were more selective of their merchandise and had better prices they would get rid of their donations faster. I would love if Lompoc had more choices to shop, that way I wouldn’t have to set foot in this place. I wish I could just be in my phone and smoke all the time like the managers in this place and get pay to do so."
"0 stars at this point would be more fitting, 2-3 years ago 3.5-4 stars was appropriate. I'm not sure why I've bothered going the last 1-2 years, I walk out empty handed and annoyed every time. Pricing has gone through the roof over the years and it is absolutely some of the highest pricing in a thrift store that I have seen throughout the Central Coast. Even pricier than San Luis, AG, and Santa Barbara. The staff doesn't greet anyone, and the customer service is terrible. At some point management will need to realize that regularly having 0-1 customers in the store at all hours isn't going to cut it. A change of staff, culture, and pricing is greatly needed if they want to get their customer count, and sales back up."
"This thrift store is one of the greatest in town for customer service, normal trift store prices. Store is clean, organized, and well stocked with a well put together variety of items to take home. I never leave this place without something. Daily specials on a regular basis. Staff is the best and the cause is the greatest!"
