"I’ll be honest, after a bad experience a few years back I vowed never to come back but desperate times call for desperate measures and with it being the closes shop and having 0% oil life I came back hoping the staff had changed. I’m so glad I came back. The staff is wonderful. The tech John Batucan did a great yet efficient job on my car and manager Ulysses Morales was friendly and assured me a positive experience and they did deliver. They did what I asked and were informative but not pushy on additional services. I will come back for this staff at this location."

"Great service good prices on tires friendly staff. I went in today to get a new trailer tire. They told me that the wait would be about an hour and a half but I understood because it’s a Friday and their shop was full. I didn’t realize that Ulysses the manager had seen me waiting and i was surprised that he got my tire ready very quick . I was there probably less than 20 mins . Not only can he find you the best price for your budget, but he goes the extra mile for emergencies such as mine and takes customer care seriously. In his legendary fashion he hooked me up with great tires at an amazing price (less than I wanted to spend) and had me in and out in less than an hour. Sometimes they get busy, actually most of the time they’re busy. I saw it as I waited. But Ulysses and his crew let customer know wait times, answered the phones quickly and offered water etc. Look it’s a tire place not the Taj Mahal, don’t expect neck rubs and foot massages.
