"Felt scammed by this business after buying 4 new tires at their 1st St/San Diego, Ca location, driving less than 13k miles, then being told I have to replace my front 2 tires due to not getting an alignment package when I bought the tires. To be clear, I was asked, "Would you like an alignment". I was not told there was misalignment, that it was needed or any future service would be impacted by not accepting. Yet here I am today being told just NOW that there was indeed misaligned when I purchased the tires. I arrive today after about 12k miles on these new tires, and not only was I NOT offered an alignment (which apparently was evident but not disclosed to me when I purchased said tires), or a rotation of my tires, but to get new front tires altogether. It should also be noted that I had visited this very shop about 4-6 months ago to have nails removed and the tires repaired. No mention of misalignment or rotation was recommended during this visit either. Upon telling them of this visit, I was told there was no such evidence or record of this tire repair incident."

"I had a wonderful experience at Evans Tire. Last night I had a flat tire with my rental car. AAA changed it last night and put on the spare. But I went to Evans this morning to double check I could drive to LA in the spare. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not only were they honest and said I could drive it with no problem, but they checked the air pressure and filled the tires to proper levels. All at no charge, and very friendly. Go to this place!"

"I needed a set of tires and a wheel alignment, they had my size tires in stock, I was able to go right in without an appointment. The service guy at the desk name Chris was very nice he got me in and out in no time. I would go there again!! I give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"If you’re in need of new tires, or a spot repair - THIS is the shop you’ve been looking for! *PLEASE* Read my experience below! =] Victor and Luis from this location are WONDERFUL! How my visit went: First, I called because I noticed my tire pressure was getting low. Victor told me to come on by, and he will fill my tire up with air. EVEN THOUGH, they’re busy and it’s one day before new years! As soon as I arrived, I looked at my tire with Victor- and he noticed a screw inside of it. Right away he said “let’s take care of this” and I said “of course”! He then had Luis tackle the job quickly and efficiently with care! Thank you SO much Victor & Luis! I am a plumber and this vehicle is used daily. HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2024"

"I love Evans tires! I’m a returning customer and happy I didn’t choose to try a new place my second time around. They’ve been very accommodating every time I’ve come here. I don’t want to set the bar too high for others but I’ve had nothing but fast and great experiences here.
