"They seriously will not help you if you ask for a part number. They rather lose a customer than actually tell you what you are buying in advance. My guess is that they do this to discourage people from ending up buying the part online at a cheaper price. Anyone who owns a business knows that these tactics only end up hurting sales in the long run"

"I was trying to purchase a part, they said they had it but I needed to pay and wait a couple of hours till they bring it from a different location. So when I went to pay, I ask to see the part, I pointed out that it was the wrong part that mine was different. He looked for it and showed me a picture and I said, yes that's the one. He then told me that he would have it till next week Monday afternoon so I said I need it it for that same day, that I was gonna try somewhere else, I asked if I could have the part number so I can ask for it accordingly and he straight out said NO, I asked politely again and he said again NO, he said"let them struggle to find it, buy from me or struggle"... I replied, you rather lose a customer instead of giving me the part number? I just walked away. What a jerk.. thought he was there to help. I will never go back to that un professional place ever again. Poor work ethics."

"The customer service is very good. They tried very hard to find the correct part for me. They failed to get it correctly twice but not because they didn't try. The catalog said it wrong. Finally got the right part. . Excelente servicio a cliente. Dos veces me dieron la parte equivocada. Pero eso decía el catálogo. La tercera fue la correcta. MUY buen servicio."
