"Shop was late opening. I had a 7:30 am appointment and by 7:45 the front door was still locked. Another customer was also waiting and left. The phone number goes not to the front desk but to a call center with representatives that barely speak English which is frustrating. The service from onsite staff is otherwise good, just doesn’t seem to be a super tight operation. Seems they may also be understaffed since it took a while to even get an appointment."

Gerry’s service, patience, and willingness to work with me on pricing was an incredibly better experience, in comparison. I’ll continue to support his location for all my future needs!"
