Eventually after 4 customers get their drinks called out I ask whose drink is that sitting there and then they look at it and say my name. Absolutely ridiculous."

"I dont know man. This location charged me $8.45 for this morning coffee and it is not much coffee. As we see in the photo its clear the separation shows where coffee might be but it's also already blended some so its probably even less than this. I asked for the strongest iced coffee ad 5 pumps white mocha light Carmel drizzle. Sweet cream. That means the drink should be 5% white mocha, 10%, cream foam 5% Carmel. And 70% coffee. I probably got 40% cream foam, 10% white mocha 10% Carmel 40% coffee and since i was purchasing coffee that breakdown is unacceptable. And as an $8.45 venti too"
