"My top choice whenever I need something quick and healthy. My favorite salads are always made at Panera! In fact, this location does salads right! My salads are always packed high, unlike other locations. Huge kudos to fantastic folks here! Using the kiosk makes ordering a breeze. I wish they still had cups available at the kiosk counter, but understand the reason..."

"Has good food with an atmosphere of a traditional bakery submerged in a modern fast food eatery. I like the food, but I wouldn't say anything stands out as amazing, especially at the price range of the food and the size portions you get. Last time, I got a sandwich, which was on sourdough bread toasted/grilled with shredded chicken, but the sandwich was literally as thick as a grilled cheese sandwich and my wife got a bowl of soup and salad, again meager portions. The bill was over $40. I could have spent the same amount and got big portions at an actual restaurant. I think Panera Bread is over popular, just like Starbucks, so they both charge extremely steep prices for pieces of their excellence, which are actually very average meals, but it feels so cool to say you went to a place like Panera Bread, because others just want to know what you got. I could have spent a little less at West Coast Sourdough and gotten larger portions."

"I used to really like Panera Bread. But this was the worst experience ever. I ordered two soups, a Mediterranean bowl, and a lemon cookie. My soups were lukewarm. The utensils were dirty. The bread was stale. The Mediterranean bowl was supposed to be a nice symphony of warm brown rice with the contrast of cold arugula salad and hummus. The whole bowl was cold and very sour tasting? Too much lemon dressing? Anyways, I will not return."

"I ordered on the kiosk had no interaction with an employee outside of asking for my drink cup, hence I did not include a tip for my $21 meal. Received my sandwich and pecan pastry. I ate the sandwich then pulled out the pastry to discover there was literally a full bite out of it. I politely asked for the manager and informed him of the situation. He did great by apologizing and gave me a refund for the pastry and offered me a free one which I declined having lost my appetite and honestly wondering if I had eaten something else in my sandwich. I concluded that because I didn't tip the kiosk, one of the employees decided to take a bite of the pastry as their tip. Thanks, but no thanks to this Panera location, I will never visit this one again."

"It’s still interesting to see chain restaurants pioneering the digital ordering experience. This Panera location was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I ordered the Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea and a Brioche Roll because I like brioche. The beverage was quite refreshing and lightly sweetened which I thought was perfect. The Brioche Bun that I got however was quite dry and crusty. For whatever reason, it was already cut in half as if it was prepped for a sandwich. Not sure if this is standard but it’s a terrible idea. Thankfully I had the iced tea to help wash it down. I don’t recommend the Brioche Bun by itself. It’s quite bad."
