"Appointments have gone cancelled last minute (4x). Technician is either sick, without transportation, etc....Dispatchers are rude and not helpful. Manager never calls me back. I am at the point where I do not feel comfortable with their technicians in my home. Time for Jennair, Maytag, Whirlpool to find another warranty service provider ASAP"

"Update: After failing to fix the problem and falsely telling Kitchenaid the job was done, they were supposed to be at our house this morning to make it right. They have called and cancelled citing illness. I don’t believe them since the already lied before. Avoid!!!!!!! We had to use them because KitchenAid sent them to us. They showed up to my house twice, couldn’t fix the issue, then never came back. I called several times and they haven’t come back. Lately their phone goes straight to voicemail or drops off the line completely. I called KitxhenAid, who informed me that 1-800-appliance informed KitchenAid the job was completed."
"I’m so surprised by all the negative reviews! I had such an awesome experience with both the scheduler and my technician, Paul. I called Whirlpool customer service after I cracked the display on my new stove and they scheduled them to come out between 8 and 12. I then got a text narrowing the window from 10-12. Paul took one look at it and ordered the part needed. He said he would be back to install it when it came in, generally one to two weeks. It did come in about a week and a half later and the scheduler called me to set up an appointment and said they would text again when it was closer to narrow down the window. Well Paul called that day and said he was running ahead of schedule and if I like he could do the job early. He was in and out and cleaned up after himself and I could t be happier! No charge at all, I guess covered under the manufacturer warranty!"
"These guys are awful. Do not use them unless you have to. I unfortunately had to use them because they were the only service provider in the area that Whirlpool contracts with when my washer went out. Their service is terrible though. I originally had an appointment for Friday morning only to get a call right before the appointment time that they were canceling it in postponing it until Monday. When the technician came out on Monday he didn't have the part to fix my washer so he had to order it from another state and scheduled a follow-up appointment Saturday morning to come and install the part and do the repair. That appointment was for 8 in the morning and was told that my appointment was high priority and would be the first one of the day. A few minutes before 8 they got a call saying they were pushing that appointment between 10 and 11 now. When I called the office and figure out what was going on the lady said that a couple appointments booked that we're closer to where the technician lived and therefore those were more important than me despite being told by the technician that I was the highest of important since I was already out of washer for a week and a half at this point. She tried to argue that my appointment time was 8 to 12 and that they were nearing the window to 10 to 11 instead but the text message that I received from them clearly said my appointment time was 8 to 8:30. It's frustrating enough that a brand new Whirlpool washer that I only had for 2 months already broke and needed to get fixed but getting the runaround from these guys and being without that washer for almost two weeks because of their service was just ridiculous. I will say that the technician was nice and professional but they're dispatching and scheduling is awful."
