"People over at AJ-USA wanted a good review? Well here it is. My car was hit while it was parked, and I was recommend by the at-fault insurance to go here. After I got the estimate for the damage, I left the car for repair. When I came back to pick my car up, I noticed something was different right away. The plastic cover for the door was peeling off. It was strange since the peeling only happened on a single door (the side that they repainted after fixing the damage). I told the estimator(Mario G.) that when I brought my car in, there was no peeling occurring anywhere. The estimator told me that it was normal wear and tear and that I brought the car in that way. That's ridiculous. How does wear and tear only occur on one door of the car, when every other door is perfectly fine. I’m assuming the peeling happened because of the tape they use to cover the car when painting it. When they were ripping off the paint tape, the plastic came off along with it. There is no damage (or “wear and tear”) to the plastic cover anywhere else besides the right back door that they worked on. I’ve uploaded pictures of all the sides of the car, including the one that has been damaged."
