"Hi there.I love your coffee shop. I am drinking often. I am happy when they ask me for a tips, but 2 weeks ago. I did order a drink from this location. At that time, around 7pm or 8pm. A girl ( staff at the store) ask me for order from driving through and then didn't ask for a tips. My coffee is $6.25 for medium Gloden Eagle drink (After that, I got home and check my bank online I seen its $8.25 ) she gave a tips for her by herself through my payment that day. I think it's okay probably an accident. BUT, today me and my husband went to the Dutch Bros Coffee at this location : 8841 sheldon rd, elk Grove , ca 95624. At 7:15Pm, we were driving through, and the girls working there said. We just accept apple pay, credits card only. ( Also, dutch Bros app not working because of the weather) we said that fine. And then, I ordered the same thing Medium Gloden Eagle she said it is $6.25 for it ( didn't ask for options a tip or not ) but when I got my drink and I told my husband why they didn't ask for tip. Usually , they asked for that options. I always happy to give a tip. I checked my bank online by the way and see pending $7.25 ( so she gave herself $1 for tip) Omg it happened 2 time with me . BUT, now they didn't ask and they did it by themselves from my payment. I am not happy when they did that. Please don't do it until ask the customers. Even, $1, $2,$3 for tips but remember that have to be give from the customers, DON'T DO IT BY YOURSELF FROM CUSTOMERS PAYMENT. I hope other guests are cautious. THANKS"
"I came to Dutch today and kylie was such a sweetheart and has amazing customer service she served us with love and patience and I definitely want to come back cause of how welcoming and patient she was! LEFT DUTCH Satisfied!!"
"I use to make Starbucks my go to out-of-house coffee shop. But Dutch Brothers makes coffee just cooler. I usually get the sugar free Golden Eagle, or 911. Both I would recommend however if you are sensitive to caffeine, the 911 is a bit strong"
"Waited for 40 minutes for a kids smoothie while the employees were MIA for 10 minutes with 40 cars at a total stand still and then spent 5 minutes per car taking orders and chatting it up. When I placed my order I expressed my frustration and was dismissed and voiced it again at the pick up window and was again hushed and dismissed by shift lead Kylie. She proceeded to turn and snicker to another employee while I waited for them to give me my drink. They had 7 other employees who I could see in the background hugging and laughing and messing around while the drive through line continued at 30 cars behind me after I had 20 cars in front of me I had waited to move through. During this time a customer stood at the window to order walk-up. And they never acknowledged him. He eventually walked away. Awful service. Not efficient. Not professional. I was told I could have a refund at the window instead of my drink they had made— I told them I didn’t wait 40 mins for a drink to leave empty handed. I took the drink and came to leave this review hoping that someone can address this awful work ethic."
"This is the worst Dutch location I’ve ever been to and I’m from where it originated in Oregon. I hate the dual lanes. Because you always end up getting cut. No matter if you were there first. Today I was cut and when I told the barista that we were here first as he was walking to the other car he just said we zig zag back and forth. Never have I ever been told that. Not trying to sound childish but we’re all adults. And the car straight up would not let us go when we were in fact there way before them. This location sucks. And I try to avoid this location because of this but I was in the area. They almost always get the drink wrong also every time I’ve been. 0/10 do not recommend."
