Bober Tea and Coffee

"There’s not much customer service here! You walk inside to 2 kiosks that take your order so it doesn’t feel very personal from the beginning. If you have any questions about any of the drinks you have to get out of line and try to talk to someone that’s calling out the food counter, and taking your own order can be frustrating and time consuming when you’re not sure how to navigate the self service system as it is not very user friendly. Also, I asked a worker if they had any dairy free milks and they said that all of their milk teas were dairy free. After ordering one and drinking the whole thing, I looked up the ingredients for that specific drink on their website just to make sure and it ended up containing regular whole milk which is so upsetting since my newborn baby is sensitive to dairy. The place had yummy drinks but I feel that the experience overall and customer service could be better."

"This is the best boba I’ve ever had! The machines to order felt a little odd to navigate initially and took a minute to figure out, but the drinks got made quickly and tasted so good! There are so many options for drinks and both the inside and outside are decorated so cute!"

"Food: We ordered the Pineapple Green Tea, Matcha Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Chizu Strawberry Green Tea, and a Signature Milk Tea. All were good with the exception of the Pineapple Tea. My daughter couldn't finish it so we ended up tossing it. She said it tasted like perfume mixed with feet. Took a pic of how much she tried to stomach for reference. Service: We asked for a replacement for the Pineapple Tea, but their policy doesn't allow for redo's. With that in mind, play it safe with flavors. Orders are placed by two screens located on the wall near the entrance. Atmosphere: They play good background music and decorated the place nicely. A little small inside, but they have two tables and a bar with a few chairs as well. So you can stay and relax, but if it's busy you'll have to grab and go or it's shoulder to shoulder. Overall, not a bad place but we'll stick to Kultura down the street. Better drinks, amazing customer service, and they'll give you a sample of something if you're unsure. Plus they have food and smoothies on top of boba's and teas! Bober is great for a selfie if that's what you're after, but I feel like customer satisfaction isn't of importance."
