Forget about getting your money back as he will only claim he has none to give you. His "appliance" guy is also a total joke. He came out twice to our home now and hasn't fixed a thing (but he did use my expensive chef knife that he found on the counter to cut some plastic. Apparently he doesn't carry a utility knife with him). Don't waste your money here. Your much better off buying a used appliance off craigslist."

First one had some problems settling in to our existing setup, Leon had someone out to address the issue same day; no fussing around, no pressuring to get him to help, just a phone call and someone was on the way and......it was Sunday.
