"I come into the store with my grandfather and his one kidney. We had excellent service as a kind young man went back and forth bringing us the shoes we desired. Once we had everything we had selected ($200 in merchandise) my grandfather needed to use the restroom. Knowing of the nearby restroom he stated that he will only purchase our shoes if he could use the restroom. I truly do understand that they cannot tell someone’s medical history just by look. However, in the future when an elderly customer and their grandchildren come into a store ready to buy new sneakers. Don’t be afraid of bad aim. Just let them take a piss. Maybe you won’t loose one of your consumers as well as get a bad review. Pismo outlet or online is better!"

"I've NEVER had someone tend to me in the manner that Emily did yesterday 3-21-21! Trans # 27537 @1:08 pm!! She tried finding every shoe that I liked in my size! She didn't stop there... she paid attention to me, checked on me, asked me how else she could help me, offered to lace up a shoe for me!!, but it gets better!! She did ALL of that not only with a smile on her face but for several of us!! She EMILY, sold me the shoes... it was ALL of her that I took and I was gonna be damned if I didn't get a new pair of shoes as well!! I'll be back EMILY!! You made my day!"
