"I would like to share my story with the return part. Today I bought two parts in Coast Appliance San Diego and I use only one of them then I went to another Coast store in San Marcos to return it. And I was told that I can’t return my part because I bought it San Diego store but if want to return it here we charge u a restocking fee. It’s not fair. Why do you charge the customer for the restocking fee?!"

"I could not be happier with these folks. They we're willing to help me even though I did not end up buying the part from them. I came in with the whole freezer fan assembly for my fridge. I had an issue where my ice maker was not producing a bunch of ice in a day. But would make some ice. After watching a couple of YouTube videos, I came to believe the ice maker cooling fan was faulty. I went to an appliance repair shop and they were no help. They wanted me to schedule a service call, have a tech come out and charge me a bunch of money. I said no thanks. So I call Mike at A.P.C. no hesitation, he says "bring it on in". He was able to check continuity on the motor and confirm my suspicion, bad ice maker cooling fan. However they didn't have it in stock and I would have to wait a couple of weeks if I ordered through them. So I paid a bit more for priority shipping directly from Sears. If I ever have an issue again with anything I will call these guys first."

"The coast guys are great, they know their stuff. If you need appliance parts at a moments notice or you're willing to wait 1-3 days for shipping this the place to go to. On the contrary, if you have time, it's painfully obvious you can find appliance items cheaper online, apparently these other reviewers lack in doing their due diligence."
