"Battery I purchased that is still under warranty went bad. Had it tested by other testers before even going in. All resulted in battery failure. Of course, when I bring it in to exchange for a working battery because I’m still under warranty, they say the battery tests just fine. Convenient. Instead of working toward a solution, the clerk basically tells me to screw off and it’s not his problem. Horrible service. Even if it isn’t a battery issue (I know it is), wouldn’t he attempt to help a customer find a solution? Nope. I’ll pay however much more to go to a business that actually respects their customers."

"Went in to return a battery without a receipt that was 2 months old. The old guy behind the counter was a jerk. Anyway they wouldn't return the battery because they don't have computers that track your purchases. So I took my business to Auto Zone where they track purchases. I'm out $135 bucks"

"If this place isnt the second one you call for a price quote, then you should give them a try. Unlike most big chain parts stores you can call and say I need radiator for a 82 3/4 ton chevy pickup with a 454 and they usually won't ask you if its a standard or xtra cab truck. They will give you a price and let you know if they need to order it in. Most of the time they have been able to get parts I've needed the same day if I call early enough in the day. They have almost full machine shop services and carry welding/ fabrication supplies if you need them. I recommend them. Its the 2nd parts store I call when the 1st one cant help me."
