"First, I want to say I don’t recommend this company to anyone. However, Jackie with their Customer Service team tried to help her best… As far as the product goes 36” Chase Light RX Series, now that I have it working; which should have taken a couple hours. However, two months later it looks great and works great. Multiple setting and bright enough to see through the back window. The problem with this company is laid out in the information below. Updated Review: Initial purchase made on June 19, 2023. Of 36” Chase Light Bar| RX Series; 3 Pin Extension Cable; L Brackets. Original order was never sent out and after multiple attempts were made to reach their customer service desk. After several days I reached Jackie with XpriteUSA. My Order was then shipped and I received on July 11th, 2023. Once I received the order the 3 Pin Extension Cable was not the correct cable (Photo) for the Chase Light Bar| RX. I reordered the cable that indicated the extension cord was for the RX Chase Light on their website. Received the new cable on July 14th, 2023. AGAIN, the 3 pin extension cable was the incorrect extension for the Chase light. By this time I had enough and installed the light, ran the cables through panels, and cut into dash for rocker switch. I had also cut the connections to run separate wires from chase light to rocker switch. At this point the male/female connections of the harness/rocker switch broke due to poor quality. After further interaction with Jackie it was determined that the Extension Cord was labeled incorrectly on their website (Photo of Email). Jackie notified me that XpriteUSA would resend me a new harness due to the poor quality of the male/female connections; however, the CORRECT extension cord was Out of Stock and would take 8 weeks to get more in stock. At this point her options to me were: 1: Get the replacement harness; wait the 8 weeks for the extension cord; and instead of just refunding my money for the wrong extension cords/L Brackets, I would have to send them back to get the refund. 2: Remove ALL items and return them for refund. Even though several items were already installed on the vehicle which took multiple hours to remove panels to run the wires, install brackets, etc. And even though XpriteUSA had wasted hours upon hours of my time dealing with their mistakes those were the best options. Extremely disappointed with the company; hope others have a better experience with them. However, this will be the first and last time I purchase from this company."
"LED replacement light for Gladiator Grill was advertised as being in stock. I ordered two and received prompt confirmation of order. Ordered on April 18th. Payment was processed and debited from my account. It is now May 5th... have not received product, no shipment notification, no reply to voice message and no reply from customer service email. Need to notify FTC. UPDATE: 05/08 - Within hours of posting this, I received an email from Xprite indicating the quantity listed as being in stock was an error and I would be receiving a refund. Initially I provided a 1 Star rating.... Extra Credit.... In late June I reordered the LED replacement light. Received the product in a timely manner. My review is now upgraded to 5 stars. Thank you Xprite!!"
"Don’t ever buy from this company, they are lairs they sent a broken hood for my jeep and after 6 months of running after them and they didn’t refund my money and didn’t “find any solution”. Basically stole my money. Don’t buy from this company trust me. Do yourself favor and pay more for a different company. Also bad quality."
