He assist me with putting in the fluid as I asked for his recommendation going forward to check my level. so told him I will now only come to his store for assistance. "I needed to start up a large diesel truck with dead batteries. I called to see if they had a 200 amp charger/starter device. They said they did, so I headed right over. There it was, waiting for me on the shelf as promised. Auto Zone has never let me down. Great people, great parts. Many are open all night long for guys like me that "do it yourself ". "Place has good parts, but I went in looking for a very universal item and was told by an employee for a good 20 minutes that they didn’t have a single one of the 10+ options I was looking for that were “In Stock” on the website. the line got so fed up that A CUSTOMER actually went and found the item that they supposedly didn’t have ANY of. Came here needing help to fix my car and was fed misinformation by an inexperienced employee instead."
