"Gracie was SO helpful today!!! I couldn’t find my size and she went out of her way to help me. I appreciate the staff there and wanted to shout out Gracie!!"

"This was my first time in any Lululemon. It will probably be my last! I had the WORST experience! I had 3 employees hovering over me the moment I walked into the store. I was looking for shorts, so I immediately walked to them. One was eager to have me try on some shorts. I asked her there difference between two versions. She didn’t know! Instead she rambled a huge line of nonsense. I had to figure it out myself. She said to let her know if I need anything else at the moment I entered the dressing room. Less than 1 minute later someone asked how everything was going. I told her that I’d like to try the longer length. She said OK, but never came back. I got dressed and went to look for them myself. The girl at the counter just outside the dressing room also asked how everything was. I told her,too, that I’d like to try the longer version. She offered no help, but insisted I leave the other shorts with her. I walked to the clothing rack to look for others, but the employees wouldn’t get out of the way! No help. Not even acknowledgement of my presence. Needless to say, I didn’t even finish looking. I just walked out Horrible experience. Why would anyone buy their expensive merchandise when they are treated like this?"

"I hadn’t been in the store in a while and had gained a little weight so I wasn’t feeling super confident but wanted to use a gift card I had gotten and wanted some new leggings. It was busy in there and the girl working the fitting rooms helped me get a 6. When I tried them on they seemed a little big and I remember before a 6 was too big but figured since I gained some I might go up. I asked for a 4 because there wasn’t any type of compression and I knew they would relax after wearing a bit and instead of getting them for me she said “well you seem comfortable in those I don’t want to push you to go down a size” I should have just walked out but took her word for it even though it stung a little bit to hear that and now the pants keep falling down. Note to the girl working the fitting room…. Listen to your customers."

"Came in to the place today for the 1L belt bag in black. They didn’t have it so we asked one of the employees there if we can make and order online for it. I realized I accidentally put in the wrong email after confirming and they could do anything about it. So they gave me a number to call to get the tracking number instead. I looked at the order and the employee had ordered the wrong bag, they didn’t ask me if it was the right one or anything. So now I have to order the right one and return the other"
