"Store workers have horrible attitude. There’s a gun shooting in the area and I was unable to pick up my order. I called the store and asked to cancel, so I can pick up at Santa Maria location. First, a lady who picked up my phone hung up instantly as she was unable to hear my voice for a few seconds. Second time, the same person picked up my call and said “oh we are closed” while I didn’t even ask the question. I explained the above and requested to cancel. She said she will, but it hasn’t been canceled. Meanwhile; the Santa Maria location also canceled my pick up order as I needed to change size. I got a notification for That cancellation instantly. That proves the one in SLO hasn’t been canceled. Old Navy has great selections for kids clothes and affordable if you know how fast kids grow. It’s so disappointing that they don’t care about customer support. Not even customer support, it seems like they hate their job. The store is shut down but you’re still being paid."
