"Very knowledgeable employees, they always help me figure out what's going on with my car and tell me how to fix it. This visit was for a battery and brakes which I returned because I remembered that Auto,zone has a lifetime warranty on their brakes. This lady that assisted me was very helpful. I had a electrical fire that started from the battery. She explained what could've started it and when I checked it out she was right on point. Easy fix for a female."

"I couldn’t just turn a blind eye to the harassment that was happening in this store. I was startled when I heard a woman yell “not like that” I thought it was someone talking to a child, but to my surprise it was a woman who was speaking to another coworker in such a disrespectful manner. I asked to speak to a manager and that’s when she told me ”I am the only manager so you will wait” then she turned her back to me and proceeded to talk at her subordinates. i didn’t know wether the owners allow her to speak to people in that way or if they just like having a line of paying customers wait while the manager is on a power trip. after another few minutes I spoke up and said “can’t you finish this conversation in private after customers are waited on” she told me I could leave her store if I wasn’t satisfied with the way she runs her business. i am never one to judge others’ management skills but as a third year business major, I know for a fact that if this business shall succeed it is because they finally decided to rid the store of a disrespectful unprofessional angry woman who loves to mention that she’s a manager to any customer if they are tired of waiting 15 minutes in line. i understand the frustrations of having subordinates but what I don’t understand is this how this company runs a storefront? every time I’ve been there in the past four months I’ve seen an incline of hostile management. she’s a liability and a cause for a lawsuit waiting to happen. shes incapable of managing her composure. as I’ve witnessed her to be racist, homophobic, rude, unprofessional, and very hostile with her coworkers and customers. highly unsatisfied with the female managers incompetency towards how to treat other people as humans. Next time I go in there I can get her name as she kept telling me “you don’t need to know my name I’m the manager”. She’s a much older woman. Time to retire at her age it just seems cruel to keep someone that’s senile working especially as a manager. I wouldn’t want her managing any business or people the way she treated her cashier was bafflingly rude."

"This place is great their friendly and they make sure you get the right part the first time. And if they don't have the part they can order it and it gets there same day or the next day. I recommend this Part store for any auto repair these guys will get it for you with no problems..."
