"Be wary of this place. Looked online for a used car part that led me here. I checked the price online, called in, & mark (aka Mohammed) said they had the part. I didn't realize it at the time, but he asked me where I would be driving from. When I drove 2 hours over, mark said they didn't have the part, but I was lucky they had an equivalent one that's more expensive, that I had to pay with cash, & a receipt would make things more expensive. Shady business with shady workers."

"Very rude people!! Cannot believe the level of poor customer service I received just inquiring if a part was in stock. I have been in the automotive business for 18 years and by far the rudest person I have ever come across. I wish I got his name but I couldn’t because he told me to take my business elsewhere and he hung up on me. I hope the owner actually reads these and takes action because your company will fail. "Never buy parts from this place. They sold me parts from a car that was burned previously and to top it off it wasn’t even the right fit for my car. I believed them because it was recommended by them but I was obviously lied to. They don’t refund anything and their warranties are all lies."

"This is a review of my experience in 2020. I had called them ahead of time to confirm if they had an engine in stock. They said they did have it and they said it is a good running engine ready to install as also displayed online. I tell them that I am driving 3 hours to pick it up and that they better not being lying to me and that it better be in good running condition as they mentioned over the phone and they also showed this engine online. So trusted their word, and I drove 3 hours. Once I get there, everything was disorganized and the staff was being unprofessional. The owner was giving me a 1 week warranty and then the owner pointed out that something on the engine needs to be replaced because of overheating that they never mentioned to me over the phone, like common man really? I left this place and shopped elsewhere. This place is a joke, a bad experience as a first time customer and a waste of time. Don't bother going here!"
