"Went into the store to pick up and trade in a laptop. From the moment I got to the counter, the employee sighed loudly as if I was bothering her. I tried doing my trade in, but she mentioned that the laptop needs to be factory reset. The email bestbuy sends for trade ins is to remove location services and they would help with the rest. She then sends me to geek squad to reset it because she did not know how to do it. Geek Squad was a completely different experience. Guy was extremely helpful and patient as the computer was taking a while to reset. Went back to the pick up/trade in line to complete the trade in. I was the only one in line. The girl working behind the counter knew what I was there for and she kept staring at me. She calls me to the counter by saying "for trading in the laptop." I then go to her and unfortunately she had the same attitude and work ethic as the first girl. I get to the counter and she says, "Unfortunately, we can't do the trade in because we close at 8." I was waiting in line from 7:50 to 8:01. I had been waiting in line patiently for her to tell me she couldn't do the trade in? This was a slap in the face as I had been at this best buy trying to do a trade in from 5:30-8. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The two girls at the checkout/pickup counter were working like snails and did not know how to do a thing. They would let out a deep and loud sigh anytime I would ask a question. There's more to this story, but overall, bad experience at BestBuy and I will not be going back."
"Did not have a good experience at this best buy. I walked into the store for a bit but couldn't find help(they were busy so not the problem) , so I stopped by customer service and asked if the product was on sold there. Even tough the website had it, she immediately said 'we don't sell it'. Didn't even check the computer."
"I came to see what I can do for my old and slow laptop. Well the first time I came a young lady with blonde short hair told me I would need to reset it and to just get a new laptop. They reset it or whatever they did to it which would cost me $250. I told her I had a warranty membership and she said “oh yeah you do it’s covered” so the day comes to pick it up it’s still slow. This time Bob attends me and I let him know it’s still slow but I can tell they did in fact reset it. He looks at my paperwork and says there’s nothing on here that states they did something to fix the slow problem. So we politely explains to me why it’s slow and how to fix it. He explains to me that I would need to purchase the part. I feel so thankful and happy I was helped by this knowledgeable man! The other person had an uncomfortable posture and seemed like she did not want to help. I didn’t get her name but I will definitely come back and ask Bob for any assistance in the future.! My laptop is working faster and it will last me for another few semesters!!"

I had a few questions about a new TV I was buying, and the Geek Squad member I spoke to was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and he helped me choose the right accessories for my TV.
