"I would give Star Motors 10 stars if it was an option. We took our Maserati to the dealer for repair and got a $5500 quote for a leaking main seal. We decided to get another opinion and gave Star motors a try. They found that the main seal was not leaking at all and found a leak coming from the turbo fuel injector. The repair ended up being $850 vs $5500. I am a customer for life now and will never take my car back to the Maserati dealer who either made a mistake or more likely, tried to rip me off. "I had an old European car with AC blowing hot air from the side vents and cold air from the center. After I took the car there for repair, paid a hefty price ($X000) and brought the car back, I noticed that the problem still existed. Later, I took the car back to the their shop, and I was told it was a different problem so I would have to pay another $1200+ to fix a sensor ( later they indeed offered to reduce to ~$700, which I rebuffed.) To me, shouldn't the problem be correctly identified and fixed the very first time? Refusing making things right as a service provider just erodes customer confidence! Another less than positive experience was about the same time later last year when I dropped off another SUV that had engine noise. I was charged over a few thousand dollars to fix it, but the problem was still there! When I explained this problem to another shop, who ran a compression test and correctly identified the issue was due to one cylinder had no compression! Two huge disappointments occurred just about the same timeframe, maybe it was just my bad luck or indiscretion? I don’t know what else to say!"

I went in for an oil change; they offered me transportation, home, and back via Lyft; they delivered the car back to me as promised they were not pushy about me getting any of their Recommended repairs; and they were all so friendly, including Kurt the manager. Everyone at this company is extremely customer oriented. I just started coming here mid last year and I will continue to have both of my cars serviced here."
