"This is a classic burger joint in Orcutt. Everyone here grew up eating Charlie's burgers. It isn't fancy, just good burgers and fries. The only problem is that the drive-thru has a VERY sharp turn. If you have a big vehicle, just park and walk in."

"I've been going here for over 30 years, and the food has always been great. They recently changed several things, its still good but not the same. Why change something that has worked for so long and what people love. They got rid of the sesame seed buns, which they were well known for and changed the amount of fries and you have to remember to order a Usual vs a small personal which isn't a big deal compared to the buns. The cheese seems to possibly be different, too. Hope the new owners take into consideration that people love the way the food was. Also recommend skipping the new shakes they taste more like chocolate ice smoothly than a shake, and the zucchini fries are a huge miss. The burgers are the best option, and they're good. The turkey sandwiches and chicken strips are the next best things."
