"I had a 30 min appointment scheduled at 11am to get my rotors checked out. They said they'd call when it's ready, and to see what the plan of action would be. Well, 2 hours go by and no call. I wait until 2:45 to call them, no answer. I show up at 3:30, nobody is in the lobby. I stand there for almost 30 mins. Finally it's 4:00, over 4 hours later and they tell me my vehicle is ready to go. Told me I needed a brake fluid flush and wheel bearing hubs, and various other things. Problem is I had just gotten a brake fluid flush a month prior, and wheel bearing hubs 2 days prior. The rest of the things they said I needed, I know were accurate."

"Not my experience, but a relative's. The employees here completely trashed my relatives vehicle. Imprint marks on the back seat were clearly from when they slid the rear bumper back there & the interior was so dirty,it seemed as though someone had sandblasted nearby with the windows open. The manager was rude to my relative when they questioned what happened, insisting their employees didn't make the car dirty. Oh yeah, & noticeably overly expensive too"

"The service I received from the staff was exemplary. My wife's vehicle needed a new battery, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and installing a new battery immediately. The prices are very reasonable, and the variety of services is great. I don't have to drive to far to service my cars."

"I hate to rate anybody 1 star. But these pics will speak for themselves. Tire balancing is pretty straightforward. This is some rookie stuff as pics indicate. When a tire is mounted right, there no need for 32!!! weights to be mounted to the rim. I rated this place 5 stars 6 months ago when I got my tires. But just recently took those tires off to put on summer tires for a trip and saw that the Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor had been ripped off. That happens when breaking the bead or removing the tire from the rim. Again, only a mistake a rookie would make or someone who doesn't care. Lastly, my car was diagnosed and "fixed" but then a family member who works at the dealership looked at my car and said I have been tricked. Then he fixed the problem. This is not personal, this is just a warning to the Service members there at Pendleton, improper balancing and any lackadaisical handling with tires could be FATAL. Not personal, just business."
