I emailed Eric asking about some BBS wheels that I had interest in for some time. After about a few days, countless pictures and videos sent back and forth, I finally placed my order. I wanted a custom finish on the set of wheels that I ordered. I get a call that they are ready. Unfortunately the finish did not come back the way it should have. They immediately sent it back.
