They never emailed us a label or anything in writing… UPDATE, we received a call back from k at main office who explained that was out of office yesterday and apologized for not getting back with us yesterday. K understood situation and sent package label and agreed to refund us for the part as we purchased part from another company, K was a delight to speak with and have no doubt that once defective part received they will issue refund…."

"Great customer service and they always seem to have what I want 99% of the time. There mail order is next day at my house and I live 120 Mi round trip from it so mail order is my preferred method unless I want to actually go see or fit parts then I just go there. Parking's a bit of an issue that's about the only downside."
