"The employee made a mistake. Instead of refunding me my full year membership, $ 197.09 she refunded me only one Month , $ 42. 53. It took me 45 minutes , next day to correct it. Taking to 4 different operators ! Not very good for your reputation."

"I’ve been shopping here for years! Always been happy with the products and customer service at this store but today was awesome. I had a return on an xbox controller that was very hard to find but the cashier was very helpful on finding me the item. I got a full refund and used my warranty for it. I was able to purchase a new controller and was honored the warranty as well. I want to say thanks to management both Jason and Max for being very professional and attentive..very much satisfied with the amazing help today."

"Placed an online order for a used excellent condition item for same day pickup. spent 8 hours waiting and finally had to call to ask about it. They said it was ready and I said I never received an email about it. I went to pick it up, only for the associate to tell me its not ready. After about 20 minutes and 7 other associates, they couldn't get the item through their system for them to properly transfer it to me. They said just take it, don't worry about it. I left the store after closing, so when I got home I couldn't call about an item missing from the product. By the time I got to the store the next day for an exchange, they had cancelled the order without notifying me by email. So when I asked for an exchange the associate took it back and said "Thanks for bringing it back, I don't know what else I can do at this point." and I walked away empty handed. Terrible customer service. Never going back."
