Waiting in the lobby area was quiet and comfortable. While I did have to wait quite some time due to the fact that I didn't have an appointment, I was grateful that they fit me in the day of rather than sending me away."

"I used to use their service for my car maintenance in the last year and everything looks well to me until I brought my car to another auto service shop for an quick oil changer. They showed me that the brake pad on the front tires is completely worn out. I asked the current service provider about the time it takes to get into that bad situation and they told me that the Firestone should have informed you of this issue when they did the car maintenance for me 3 months ago. I even recalled I asked for a full inspection on my car when Firestone did the maintenance last time and nothing was found. This is absolutely awful service. Their technicians do not know what they are doing and put their customers in risk."
