"I ordered sliding door motors for my 2007 kia Sedona lx and they sent me kia entourage motors that don't fit, the return policy is out of it's time frame and expired, now I'm stuck with these parts, I don't want a refund i just them to exchange for the right ones."

"Customer service is non existent. Smart mouthed receptionist. They sell defective parts on Ebay (kinked timing belt) then they block you from future purchases if you return them."

"WARNING""""I purchased 2 items from CNS on ebay back in April. After a delay from a shop that had my car, I ended up selling it. I asked CNS motors if it was ok to do return for a full refund. They said yes and I sent them All 3 pieces with the tracking number. I was told I would have a full refund within 24 hours however that did not happen. I was Only refunded for the 1st item not the 2nd (1st item was $24 for the 2 front halves and 2nd item was the back half of the timing cover) they still owe me $14.60 for the back half and have ignored messages on i have sent several messages every week since..Ebay. DO NOT TRUST THEM!"

"Absolutely one of the worst companies I have every dealt with. Sent me $200 of wrong parts and when confronted about it, secretary was not only extremely rude and hung up on me, the will not refund a product THEY screwed up. So far, worst experience I’ve ever had with a single company."

"My partner bought a timing belt kit that included a water pump for my car and we put all of the correct information in before we ordered. Parts came in and EVERYTHING was for a whole other engine yet we have to pay return shipping for their mistake. Plus, the phone number I found for this place showed to be busy when I tired to call and speak with someone about the issue. If I could leave a review without a rating I would do so."
