"This store location only, I went to pick up a part that only they had, they took way too long to finish helping me, they seem to be focused more on their own internal needs rather then customer service. As a mechanic, pick up a part should not had taken more then 1 1/2 hr waiting for service. Hope I don't ever have to go to this location any time soon."

"I recently visited store #2863 in El Monte to have my battery checked. I was told by the Associate Mike that my battery was indeed dead and that I needed a new one that he was happy to deliver. I decided to get a second check from AAA and come to find out my battery was good and didn’t need changing. The problem is when I went to the store to inform Mike that he might want to have his tools fixed before any other customers think they need to replace their battery unnecessarily, his attitude was indifferent and he wasn’t as enthusiastic about servicing the customer as he previously was with trying to sell me a battery I didn’t need. I don’t know if it’s just me or if it’s a generational thing with him being younger and just “blah” about everything but no this is money that could be used towards something else rather then having to buy a battery because I didn’t get a second opinion. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, valuable lesson however. Called the customer service and let them know about my experience and no response. Got a call from this store yesterday but was at work and they left no message so nobody is taking this seriously it’s so sad."
