Apparently I have to mail back the bad rack and pay for shipping before receiving a new one. Absolutely ridiculous. They should stand behind what they sell. Charge me for the rack if I did not send it back. Making me wait 2 weeks and on top of that I have to pay for shipping....No thank you. Last straw for ccp."
