Cali Raised Off-Road

"I was very disappointed with my experience at cali raised off-road. Firstly, I called the phone number on file to verify if location was in Buena park or Placentia. No answer the first time and the second time, the associate was speaking to someone else when they picked up the phone and I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Secondly, I went to pick up some items. They had the items ready but seemed to have difficulty ringing up the items on their system, not sure if it was because it was a new system or the associate was new. It was an awkward exchange watching the associate cursing under their breathe trying to figure how to work the computer. Asked about a discount advertised they had earlier in the day that they could not find on their own website, could not say when was expired, and did not explain the terms of the discount clearly. Lastly, I paid with my credit credit an amount close to $900 dollars for the items. My phone notified me that the purchase was approved, however the associate told me that it did not go through and would have to charge me again. I showed them on my app that the purchase went through, was under pending like all new transactions on credit cards are put under, and that they did charge my card and like all credit card transactions would usually take 2-3 days to post. The associate tried to explain to me how a bank works, even though I never have encountered this issue. They asked me to call my bank to make sure the purchase was approved. Once I did and got confirmation from the bank that everything went through and the bank asked me to explain to them how credit card purchases work, they still insisted the charge did not go through. At that point, I no longer wanted to deal with the customer service of this location. Especially since there was no managers present at the moment. Now very annoyingly, I have to dispute for the very first time in my life a credit transaction for a charge that wasn't fraud but simply a matter of the location charging my card and yet me leaving empty handed."

"Great shop. Good service. Morgan is a good guy. He does the best he can for the clients that go there. They have very good products and pretty much everything you need to get your rig built. They do get backed up, but it's due to their work flow. They are a very professional shop with a very professional showroom and the service is good. They're installer are great and they do a good job. No complaints here. Happy I use them."

"Lights are great. Mounting brackets are garbage. 4 years and rusting like crazy. Won't replace them because they are out of their 2 year warranty. What I am understanding, they only make their products good enough to last that long. Maybe I'm expecting too much. I thought some metal with a proper powder coat would last longer than that. Very disappointed, do not recommend."

"Really want to thank Morgan at Cali Raised Offroad. I had rushed buying into tires and wheels on my 23 Tundra and I wanted to keep the 18's but add new tires. I also needed to have my grill swapped, spacer lift for new tires as well as airbags for towing. Morgan took a lot of his time and patience and made sure he thoroughly understood what my needs were and even recommended spending less until I knew for sure what my long term game plan was. Although my truck primarily resides in Idaho or Oregon- I will only bring my truck to these guys from here on out. Thanks Morgan!!!"
