"So, it must be hard to do a simple job such as food, fast food at a gas station. Every single time I or any coworkers get food at the Miramar Dunkin’ Donuts, the food is either cold, not cooked, or cooked so fantastic it’s burned. The workers don’t care about your food. The wait during the drive through takes 10 years to get through, even as they open at 5 A.M. I got several wake up wraps, watched them put them in the oven and “cook” them. Got them after driving away to discover they were cold as ice. Other times food has been burnt to a crisp. One is better off going to a Waffle House and at least getting a show and watching people cook and fight over the counter."
"The food is basic. the service is lackluster. And the atmosphere is nice. Every now and then it can look a little dirty if the counters don’t get wiped down where you pick up your coffee and order."
"You’re better off waking up earlier and making your own breakfast instead of ordering from here. If your order is more than 4 items expect to either be missing an item or be given something completely different from the menu. Abysmal service :( #bringbacktacobell"
"Every time I come through, they mess my order up. My coffee is NEVER correct the first time. I don’t know if the person taking my order puts it in the computer wrong, or if the person making it doesn’t read the screen properly. I end up having to go inside (defeating the purpose of having a drive through) and explaining what happened and what I ordered and what I actually want three or four times. There have been multiple times that when I went inside to have my drink corrected they told me the dining room was closed due to lack of staff and that I would have to wait in line again. A 14+ car line. Absolutely not. Screw this place. Today was just the last straw. Three coffees, three broken straws, and an incorrect donut assortment later, I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Do not waste your time or money at this location."
