"I ordered through app to pick up I. Store. App said they closed at 10pm my order was ready at 928pm got there at 932pm to pick it up and doors were locked and employees pointed to the drive thru even though they knew it was my mobile order on their counter ready to be picked up. I waited for almost 30 minutes in the line. If that was the case I would have been in line and ordered fresh but was trying to save time. They wanted me to go through the app and get a refund. I told them I was already in line and I would like one alrwady they were telling me to come back some other time as well. They need to adjust their time for pick up orders that was just a waste of time I’m really upset. They could have also given me one of the drinks for free for the inconvenience they caused."

"Stopped by today around 1:30 to be waiting in line for a while. I placed my order and when I was about to be next a girl barista knew the girl in the car in front of me so she began to talk with her about meeting after work for 15 minutes. She had already handed her drink so she was literally wasting time. I get to the door to pay so I hand my card to a male barista who tells me they’re only taking cash or Starbucks gift cards. Luckily I was caring cash (which I hardly do) with me. Not sure why they didn’t mention that before I placed my order. Bad customer service. Hope you guys can do better next time."

"PLEASE ADD THE SWEET CREAM TO MY SWEET CREAM NITRO COLD BREW! If you are expecting a delicious low calorie treat in the morning DO NOT come to this location. They consistently do not add the cream to their drinks even though I am buying a sweet cream cold brew."

"The DT is always busy and wait times are usually long. The only time you might get lucky with a 3- 5 min wait is M-F from 7am-9am. That's when they usually have enough people working on the floor, other than that, it takes a while unless it happens to be slow. It is the only DT in the area, so that's just unfortunate, they need to open another one. And the store hrs say open at 4:30am, but that's for DT, not inside. The lobby opens at 6am. The store needs to update the hrs sign outside so customers get accurate times & stop getting upset. Drinks are good, and well made. They are nice about fixing any issue. Seasonal items are yummy, and anything with vanilla sweet cream Cold foam is great! :)"

"If you visit this place on a Friday morning and order ahead on the app expect that it’ll be 45 minutes to an hour wait time. I gave this place 3 different chances on a Friday morning and it’s been a consistent wait time. At one point the employee said she had to turn off mobile orders. If you’re desperate for coffee and you’re visiting this location just go through the drive thru. They prioritize them over mobile orders. No one that drove up had to wait 30 minutes. I watched. And if you order food, just know it’ll be cold by the time your coffee is ready."
