"Super upsetting since it didn’t used to be like this. I’ve noticed both today and yesterday that it’s the same two baristas. I am a very frequent customer and I always order the same thing. These two baristas in particular have been giving me my drink half full. I’m pretty sure they know exactly what they’re doing too because every time I come in to pick up my mobile order the one gives me weird eye contact like he’s waiting for me to say something and today the girl gave me my order with a snarky smile on her face. Really unimpressed since I’ve never had an issue with this Starbucks before, or any other Starbucks for that matter. I place my order, pick it up, and leave. Really sad that these two baristas are ruining it and losing my business because I love everyone else that works there."

"I waited in line for three people, when it was my turn to pay, I gave $50.00 bill to cashier, he didn’t accept it and told me , sorry we don’t have change for $50.00 which I understood and went back to my car to pick up my card. Then came to line and waited for 4 people again. When It was my turn again, I said him, if you doesn’t accept bills greater than $20.00 then put a sticker here all customers have information. He replied : “ Yes, we don’t accept bills greater than $20.00”. Ordered Caramel Crunch Ribbon Frappucino. Didn’t added Crunch on it. If we respect you as seller and like your goods , you also have to respect to your customers. This is how business and relationship works between seller and buyer."
