"Honestly this is the best Starbucks of ALL San Diego. The staff is so friendly and the line goes pretty fast especially during rush. Enna, is so sweet. She made me feel like a valued customer when she remembered my order and name and greeted me over the speaker. Lauren is so funny, my three year old asks for her all the time just to tell her hi. Jerimiah is so chill, always has the best drink recommendations when I cannot make up my mind and a sweet wonderful human being. Best Starbies hands down, with an amazing team!"

"I went into the coffee shop this morning, and grabbed my order, which is always ready at this location… I was greeted by a smiling barista who then came over to see if I wanted to add any pastries to enjoy with my morning coffee, which I did. I asked about a hot coffee that was a brewing and she offered me a sample. But not only did she give me a sample, she went over and heated up a chocolate croissant to go along with it, and shared with me that it was a great pair to go along with this dark roast coffee. She sampled it along with me, and briefly talked about the match. And it was the sweetest most genuine thing ever, to have someone care; and be intentional for 3 minutes throughout the chaos of the morning. Thank you barista Ena, for being awesome, and always greeting us with a smile on your face when we go to your shop!"

"Ordered an oat milk latte because I’m lactose intolerant, well it wasn’t and now I’m suffering for their mistake. First time this has ever happened to me at a Starbucks and it’s annoying because they charge extra for oat milk"

"I stopped by to try the Peppermint Frappuccino drink (cold version). Definitely minty! I also picked up 15 cents from the ground at the take-out drive-thru window! The guy ahead of me had dropped a coin when they gave him change back. I tried to tell him. He knew, and said it was a penny. I didn’t sound like a penny. Sure enough- a nickel! While retrieving that, I also saw a dime! 15 cents!"

"This place went downhill… everytime drink is made wrong even after complaining Daughter has been getting all milk on her Carmel macchiato as well"
