"Wonderful service today! Cesar fit us into an obviously busy day, they were very transparent and the mechanic Bo even showed me the issues with front suspension so I could understand what was going on. They got the work done same day and the pricing was totally fair. Also Bo went the extra mile fixing our front windshield washer. Previously a different repair business had repaired a leak with the washer, and told me it just doesn’t work anymore and we needed to replace the whole washer system. The car is 19 years old so I accepted the issue rather than dump money into a whole new washer system (old cars have quirks!). Today at Firestone Bo thought it was just a hose so I agreed to repair that, and again the washer still didn’t work, but he didn’t give up! He found the problem, the button wiring had failed, he got it working again because he thought it was important for safety. Much appreciated!"
