"I have been a hertz’s customer for many years, but I have never had any awesome rental experience until I came to this hertz-Redondo office. I would rate Agatha beyond 5 stars*; she has a golden heart and extremely helpful to the satisfaction of customers. Jimmy is very helpful and efficient. He meets customers’ expectations and can answer any questions. I have had the greatest experience renting a car with hertz so far because of both Jimmy and Agatha. I will definitely come back all the way from Pasadena. Highly recommend."

"Awesome rental car experience. They way car rentals should work. I didn't write a review when I first rented from this Hertz location because, let's be honest, when everything goes smooth it doesn't stick out in our mind as a really horrible experience. But this time around, I couldn't rent from Hertz because this location is closed on Sunday so I tried Avis a few miles away. Avis was atrocious, everything Hertz wasn't. Hertz had the car I reserved, in good working condition, ready on my arrival. I was in and out in under 3 minutes. Avis didn't have the car size I reserved, I waited an HOUR for the wrong size car, and it had mechanical problems before I left the lot. Do yourself a favor. Use Hertz. Even if they're a few dollars more, it's not worth the headache dealing with other company's bad service. Hertz is awesome!"

"I had a very positive experience at this location. Way better value compared to the nearby location at LAX. I picked up my rental as soon as they opened, and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Rented a very new RAV4, which was higher than a base model. No issues with it whatsoever. This location also has an after-hours dropbox to make returning the vehicle more convenient. I would certainly rent here again."
