"The worst customer service ever. I gave them multiple attempts, I work in customer service, I know it can be complicated sometimes but come on! with a client who comes several times and it's nice for you to be rude, and I know it's like that with all clients. I know it's their vibe, since they are always angry and have a bad attitude but it's a customer service job! Hire people who can handle it."

"11-24-2019 @ 11:15 AM ( there are different worker at different time) I lost my mood on Christmas Eve at Starbucks in Ralphs Store on El Cajon BLVD San Diego Ca 92115 . I always got nice service and friendly from most Starbucks but a lady who works today at 11:15 AM on 12-24 2019 she acted like i come to ask for free coffee i can tell by BODY LANGUAGE after she done with my Caramel Macchiato she gave it to me and i said THANK YOU and she said nothing her face show like what ever !!!"

"Because... you know, the Starbucks literally across the street is just too far. This is an "in-store" Starbucks, located inside Ralphs, on Montezuma Rd by San Diego State University (SDSU). The mega-kiosk style store does blend in with the existing, recently-renovated Ralphs decor and the installation did not take up any noticeable space inside Ralphs. Still feels silly that you can look from the counter here and see another existing Starbucks right there."
