"What a horrible experience! They sold me a gift card, receipt showed they charged my card and when I went to pay for my meal, there was a zero balance and they didn't want to take responsibility. I tried ordering on the kiosk and there was an "error" so they offered to ring me up at the cash register. The kiosk apparently charged my gift card even though the order didn't go through. Then when I went to place the order there was no money on my gift card. The manager then told me to contact gift card customer service (he was no help whatsoever) which was closed, so their solution was to have me pay twice. A seasoned manager would have had a response that would involve them doing some work on their part and an interest in making the customer happy. The manager's lack of customer service skills was clear. Panera must be desperate if this is the type of management they are hiring. The entire situation felt surreal. How is this my issue now. So incredibly disappointed! I'll be sure to share my experience with as many people as I can so they won't go through the disappointmeant and disrespect I experienced this evening."

"Had to pull a 16 inch long black hair from my mouth after my third bite on the sandwich. I shave my head every other day, so I can guarantee it wasn’t mine. I called the manager over and what appears to be an assistant showed up. Young white female slightly thick. Never said her name. Immediately said she was sorry and offered a refund. I declined and expressed my disappointment and demanded she took this incident back to training and her team. She didn’t like to hear that and tried to cut me off then gave me attitude. Now I’m offended. Not coming back again."

"So disappointing. I pay plenty of money for I thought was good food. I am done with this place. I ordered double meat and I did not receive. I also ordered the cookies (12 mini) hard as a rock. Never again."

"Super fun summer salad! Very tasty. A bit too sweet for me, but still nice and refreshing! Cashier was super sweet. May save some time by ordering ahead. Seemed to be a bit of a wait. Other than that, delicious food and clean atmosphere!"

"I love Panera! This location is hit and miss, but I think the food is usually good. Sometimes my veggie sandwich will have 1 pieces lettuce and onions(wrong order maybe? ), sometimes it's complete. Sometimes the food is incredible, and sometimes I have to spit it out. But it's more bad than good, for me."
