Several days ago I stopped into the Jiffy Lube location on E. Thompson to have The Signature Service performed. My service Technician was Josiah. Within minutes of handing off my vehicle, Josiah had approached me. He advised me that my last Signature Service occurred 1125 miles ago and that the oil looked good, to which he explained that Jiffy Lube could simply top off the fluids and I could be in my way. No charge. My response was “WOW” “that’s awesome” In short I could have spent the money for an oil change that was not yet warranted-had I not been reminded of the “Jiffy Lube” promise. Thank you, Josiah and the crew. It’s the very same reason why I will return to have these Signature services performed, time and time again."
