"This place is hot garbage. Customer service is the worst I have ever witnessed in my life. And not just from a supply house, I’m talking ANYWHERE. I get better service from the DMV. I don’t often leave reviews, but this place made me go out of my way to leave one. I waited over an hour at 10:30 in the morning, and I still have not talked to anyone. I would have rather drove to any other supply house within 100 miles. I will personally go out of my way to make sure other companies and customers are aware of the customer service at this supply house. HOT GARBAGE. Shame on your management. Shame."
