"Milk tea tasted AWFUL. My cup was sticky, they didn’t even care to wipe it off after making my watered down milk tea. I’m never coming back to this location. Now I know why this location barely has customers."

"I am filing a complaint from yesterday’s service at the Share tea location in Scripps Ranch. The person who rang me up appeared high. I requested my order. He said it back to me, and after paying he was very rude and said “ can you finish the screen ?” And waited for the tip. As my drinks were getting prepared, I saw him drop something on the floor, pick it up and proceeded preparing the cups. When he gave my drinks, I told him all my drinks were incorrect. I asked them hot. He rolled his eyes at me and just looked at me. He turned around, opened the cup, and the put his fingers In my cup to remove the cup. His colleague said he would remake the drink. My other drink, he took the ice out with his fingers again and put it in the microwave. By the time I received it was less 3/4 full, and not warm."

"I used to work by here and stop by every lunch. Good thai tea at a good value still. Most boba place are gunna run you pretty high now and this place is a good value. Good teas too"

"I love the boba here, it's some of the best in SD. The pearls are always fresh and tasty. The service is also quick and the place is nice to hang out in. I really enjoy the little crane games they offer and all the counter snacks lol"

"Flavorful milk tea with Boba, priced right. Small parking lot with cumbersome parking spots. I wish they had more outside seating (perhaps an additional table and 2 chairs?)… The 1 table they had outside, was already taken….."
